How to Seed Cycle

First half of cycle, consume Flax + Pumpkin seeds for Estrogen support (PHASE 1)

Second half of cycle, consume Sesame + Sunflower seeds for progesterone (PHASE 2)

If your cycle is irregular (pregnant, post partum, birth control, peri-menopause, menopause) sync with the lunar calendar.
